💖 Welcome to PrideHives

The digital home where queer voices, art, love, and activism converge.
These terms explain what you can expect from us—and what we expect from you.
By creating an account or using our services, you automatically agree to these terms.

🧾 1. Definitions

Platform: the website, apps, and all related services of PrideHives.
User: anyone who visits the platform or creates an account.
Content: all text, images, videos, links, or other information posted by users.
PRO account: a paid account with additional features within PrideHives.
We / us: the team behind PrideHives, based in Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands.

PrideHives is a social platform created for the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies.
We offer space for connection, creativity, entertainment, and empowerment.
The platform is run by an independent queer team committed to a safe, inclusive, and joyful online space.

👤 3. Who you are

You are a natural person aged 18 or older.
You are responsible for:

the accuracy of your information,
keeping your login credentials secure,
and complying with these terms.

If we have doubts about your age, we may request age verification.

🤝 4. What we stand for—together

Freedom of expression – including sexuality, identity, and gender.
Safety – no hate, no violence, no doxxing.
Consent – everything happens with mutual agreement.
Pleasure-positive – talking about sex, desire, and the body is welcome, as long as visuals stay within limits.

💬 We’re not prudes—far from it!
But our hosting provider does not allow sexually explicit content.
We want to keep PrideHives safe, stable, and online.
That’s why we set clear, reasonable boundaries that everyone must respect.

📸 5. Content & Conduct

5.1 Text

✅ Allowed: erotic stories, fantasies, dating preferences, fetish talk, hole-stories, top-bottom debates—no limits, as long as it’s respectful.

5.2 Visual

💡 Suggestive is fine, explicit is not.
✔️ Allowed: shirtless, jockstraps, burlesque, drag, light bondage, bulges.
❌ Not allowed: visible genitals, penetration, ejaculation, or close-ups of anus/genitals.

This boundary isn’t about prudishness—it’s a hosting requirement.
We want to keep PrideHives online—for everyone.

5.3 Commercial

No selling of drugs, hormones, enhancement pills, escort services, or sugardaddy messages without our explicit permission.

5.4 Illegal behavior

🚫 Strictly forbidden:

child pornography,
bestiality,
violence, hate, doxxing,
sexual contact with minors,
recruiting minors for pornographic purposes, sexting, or paid services.

If detected: immediate permanent ban + report to authorities.

5.5 Artistic & Educational

Nudity in cultural, medical, or educational contexts (e.g. top surgery photos) is allowed in a gated 18+ Artistic Hive, as long as it’s not sexual in nature.

🛡️ 6. Moderation & Reporting

You can report content 24/7 that violates these terms.
We review reports within 5 business days.
Borderline cases may be sent to a community review.
We reserve the right to remove content or accounts without warning if terms are violated.

⚠️ 7. Sanctions

Minor: warning or temporary post/chat block.
Severe: permanent ban + possible legal report.
Commercial abuse: immediate ban, no refund.
Minors / child abuse: instant permanent ban + report to police.

🔗 8. Third-Party Use & External Links

PrideHives may contain links to external websites.
We are not responsible for the content, safety, or policies of third parties.
Click mindfully—and don’t share personal data outside our platform.

🔐 9. Privacy

We maintain a separate and public Privacy Policy (GDPR-compliant).
We do not sell your data and only use your information to:

improve the site,
ensure safety,
and personalize your experience.

🧠 10. Intellectual Property

You remain the owner of your own content.
By uploading, you grant PrideHives a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and technically host your content within the platform.
We will never use your content commercially outside PrideHives without your permission.

💳 11. Payments & Subscriptions

All prices include VAT.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Payments are processed via trusted providers.
If you violate these terms, no refunds will be issued.

⚖️ 12. Liability

We do our best to keep the platform stable and secure, but we are not liable for:

data loss,
downtime,
hacking,
or the behavior of other users.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to PrideHives in the year prior to the incident.

🌍 13. Force Majeure

In case of war, natural disaster, pandemic, cyberattack, or other events beyond our control, we may temporarily suspend our obligations.
If this lasts longer than 90 days, either party may terminate the agreement.

🤖 14. AI & Automation

PrideHives may use automated systems or AI tools to analyze, translate, or recommend content.
These tools are used solely to improve safety, accessibility, and user experience.

🔄 15. Changes

We may update these terms.
You’ll receive at least 14 days’ notice.
By continuing to use the platform, you automatically accept the new version.

⚖️ 16. Governing Law & Disputes

Dutch law applies.
Unresolvable disputes will be submitted to the Rotterdam District Court.
Complaints under the Digital Services Act (DSA) can be submitted via our complaint form.
